Directions	Gently insert the nozzle of the Sterimar spray into one nostril. Tilt your head slightly to the side. Press the nozzle briefly to release the spray. Breathe in gently through your nose while spraying. Repeat in the other nostril. Use 1-2 sprays per nostril, up to 3 times a day, or as needed. Clean the nozzle after each use.
