What if I want to cancel my order?

Under the distance selling regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise if you send us a notice of cancellation to admin@clearchemist.co.uk and return the merchandise to us in its original, unopened and unused condition. 

You must contact us at admin@clearchemist.co.uk before returning an item to request a return. You will be supplied with a returns document which must be completed in full to identify your details along with your order number, to assist with the processing of the return once it has been received back. If the item is returned without the appropriate documentation provided by us, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer this returns policy on items opened for reasons of hygiene.  In addition products of a medicinal, cosmetic or personal care nature cannot be returned due to reasons of hygiene. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Can I return the goods I have ordered?

Clear Chemist hopes that you will be pleased with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us at admin@clearchemist.co.uk or alternatively contact customer services by telephone on 0800 6126 326. 

 

How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Clear Chemist within 30 days of cancellation by the original payment method.

 

Can I return unwanted medicines to the pharmacy for safe destruction?

We will accept returned medication, as long as they are sealed and are safe to be sent back. Please ensure that medication does not contain needles or sharp items.
