Directions	Prepare the Floss: Pull out about 45cm of floss from the spool. Wind the Floss: Wrap most of the floss around one of your middle fingers, leaving a small section to work with. Flossing Technique: Gently slide the floss between each pair of teeth using a back-and-forth motion. C-Shaped Curve: Curve the floss around each tooth and carefully move it up and down against the side of the tooth. Repeat: Use a clean section of the floss for each gap between teeth, then discard the used floss safely.
