Directions	Take one capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Swallow with water and avoid exceeding the recommended dose.
Ingredients	Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Selenium, Gelatine, Glycerol, Soybean Oil, Sunflower Oil, Beeswax, Soy Lecithin, Colourants (Titanium Dioxide, Caramel), Purified Water.
Warnings	Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medications. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Possible Side Effects Mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Allergic reactions, particularly in those sensitive to soy or other ingredients. Headache or dizziness in rare cases. Nausea if taken on an empty stomach.
