The Dermol range is for the management of dry and itchy skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis.
In dry skin conditions such as eczema, using moisturisers regularly, even once the skin has improved, can help prevent flare-ups. Dermol 500 also helps reduce scaling, redness and itching.
Dermol works to relieve dry skin conditions in two ways.
Firstly, it works as an emollient, which forms a barrier over the skin that stops moisture from escaping. This softens and hydrates your skin, preventing and relieving dryness and symptoms like itching.
This lotion also works as an antimicrobial, which means that it kills bacteria on the skin that can make dry skin conditions worse, also helping to prevent infection.

| Directions | Before use, turn the top of the pump dispenser anti-clockwise to unlock it. The same instructions apply to adults, children and the elderly. Apply the lotion to the affected areas and massage gently into the skin, until absorbed.
