Directions	Place the hosiery over your foot and gradually pull it up your leg. Ensure the sock fits comfortably and covers your lower leg up to just below the knee. The compression should feel firm but not tight or restrictive. If it feels too tight or uncomfortable, adjust the fit. Wear throughout the day for best results, particularly during periods of standing or sitting for extended durations. Remove at night or when resting to allow your skin to breathe.
Ingredients	75% Polyamide 25% Elastane
Warnings	Do not wear if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients. Not suitable for individuals with severe circulatory problems, unless prescribed by a doctor.
